How It Works

Once we receive your email, we will reply with some information to answer some of your initial questions to get us started.

Begin your Seasons Photography experience with a discovery call. During this 20-min introductory call, Vicky will listen closely to learn what's important to you and to understand your hopes and vision for your portrait session. She will share all the details, answer your questions, and give pricing information based on your needs.

After booking, we will either plan your session in person at our studio or over the phone. This custom consultation ensures we're fully prepared to create images of your family just as you envision them. If you're not sure what you want yet, don't worry—Vicky is here to help set goals and guide you through the planning process. She will have ideas for locations and how to best get the images that will bless you and make you smile for years.

On your scheduled date, we will meet at a location perfect for your session goals where we’ll focus on creating beautiful, authentic images. The session is designed to be relaxed and enjoyable, to reflect your personality and style. This will be a day your family remembers fondly when they view the portraits in your home.

Within two weeks of your session, you'll view your images together in the studio and select your favorites. We’ll start with a slideshow set to music that gives you an overview of all the images in your gallery. Vicky will assist you in choosing the best poses and the right products for your wall collection to beautifully showcase the artwork in your home. You will choose the size and style of prints for your office and to gift your family. In about an hour all your decisions are made, you pay half on your balance, and you will leave feeling satisfied with how easy the process is. That’s when Vicky gets to work preparing your images, designing your portraits, and placing your order with her professional lab.

Your artwork will be ready in 6-12 weeks and be beautifully finished and ready to display in your home. Vicky will provide the layout for your wall gallery to make installation simple. If you ask nicely, she will even help you install it. :)
